PrivacyHarbor.com is a patent pending service owned by SnapBuild Communications, LLC, a privately-held company headquartered in Vancouver, Washington. PrivacyHarbor.com is SnapBuild's flagship service, hosted on company-owned servers at a large, national-class high-speed secure hosting facility in Beaverton, Oregon.

In early 2002, early development efforts began on a new type of professional-class secure email service targeted toward small business users. Four years later 30 U.S. patent claims were filed and in late 2006 beta testing of the service commenced. The end of 2007, free beta testing ended and our secure web-based business-class email system (PrivacyHarbor.com) was officially released in three different subscription levels.
